As all items are second-hand, they may have minor flaws due to their age. Please make sure to read the descriptions thoroughly before buying as any major flaws will be noted there. All items are purchased with the understanding of this.
We don’t offer any refunds on change of mind after purchase.
If the item received is not as described or has any major flaws then please send us a message via the contact form on the website and we will get back to you to help with the return process.
All items aimed to be shipped within 2 working days of purchase and posted with Aus Post. We will provide you with a tracking number once posted.
Standard shipping within Australia should take between 5-7 business days and express shipping is around 2-3 days. Please note these are just estimates. The tracking number provided will be able to give you a more precise idea of where your package is. If your package hasn’t arrived after 10 days, please send us a message and we will get in contact with Aus Post to help find out where your package is.
